Todd was an excellent service advisor. When I called him first, he was very patient listener. Before suggesting a way forward, he was able to give me the sense that it can be fixed. He also suggested following up with Toyota Warranty & making a request. He also worked with me on the price. Throughout, he kept me updated about the car. My aftermarket dvd and back up camera vilume control are all working when we did a recall. When the van was returned its not working anymore now toyota says thats not part of the recall job. Well in order to get to the recall repair they have hit the wires for my aftermarket additions. Now i have to pay extra to have someone look through the mess toyota made. With my lexus recall i never had a problem my car returned with fiull tank of gas, outside wash a loaner since it was more than a half day. I dont know if ibecause my van is a toyota or its the dealership. Brian schedules a 8 am appointment but comes to work at 9 . No one in the dealership extended a helping hand. At 940 am brian was able to accomodate us. On my next vehicle i will not buys from piercey. Ill make sure to share my experience with my friends and families. I hope the general manager reads this and improve on the quality on how they service recalls with after market equipment at least notify the customer that in the event they mess up the after markwt they are not liable. So now it will be the consumers decision to have the recall work done or not. Thank u.
