Miguel Lopez was very friendly and helpful. When I came in he greeted me with a smile, unfortunately I can’t same the same for the man outside at the podium who was very rude when I tried to ask him a question.
I called Miguel to see if my car would be ready early, and even though he said he did not know because he was at lunch he was nice enough to take the time and call Toyota to see if it was ready for me. He called me right back to tell me it was ready. This helped me a lot since I was close by and could come a get it with no trouble. Thank you so much. I will make sure and ask for you next time Miguel.
