The representative was pushing me to buy a service even though I had mentioned “maybe another day and also the fact that I did not have my debit card with me” he kept pushing and pushing. Second, he did not notify me when my car was ready, so I ended up waiting 1:40 minutes extra and that is because I asked another representative. This is the worst customer service ever.
