Reza was extremely helpful, as usual. He is definitely a big reason why I continue to have my car serviced at Piercey rather than elsewhere. He is always quick to respond to any questions and makes sure that I am constantly in the loop.

Walter Yamamoto was very professional. He communicated with me throughout the process and explained the recall and what would be involved and provided me with realistic time frames. Upon my pick up of my vehicle Walter was not available and another associate helped me and he was rude and condescending and I felt disrespected and I told him that. While I was waiting for the staff to Bri g my car out Walter had come back and checked with me to make sure I’ve been helped and I let him know my experience with his coworker. Walter took me to his station re explained the repairs and made sure I felt comfortable and he apologized for his coworkers interaction with me. I appreciate ****service and dedication to Toyota and for treating all his customers equal.
