I received bad customer service when it comes to the service side of the dealership. Not only were they rude I didn’t receive a car wash as I usually also do with any service I received without having to ask. This time around when I went to do my first maintain service they didn’t.. which was very upsetting. I asked a worker why I didn’t receive a car wash and he responded with “I had to ask next time” .
