Jason was attentive but I am dissatisfied with the service. I found that the rattle coming from passenger side door was not fixed, although I was told it was and I was charged for diagnostic & repair. This is a rip-off as far as I can tell. :(

I bought the Highlander 9 months ago
With the rubber mat and rear seat liners.
The back rubber liners are already warped.
I asked the SW for replacement under warranty and she took a picture showed to her supervisor and she said these parts are not covered under warranty. Very disappointed.
