Not satisfied with today's service at all. 1. I dropped off my car this morning before going to work at 8am. The service advisor reza tried to sell me the brake fluid and kept saying that is the requirement for 30k in the owner manual. I said I read the manual but it doesn't require it. Also other advisorry Todd didn't recommend it either. He said that is recommended by toyota. I said my friend will do it, he said your friend may not have the machine. I said ok, I will check it out somewhere else. Then he told me to do rotation, I accepted. That cost me a lot of valuable timw and almost late to work. 2. By 310pm, I haven't heard anything from him. But before, every time I went there, the advisor always send me the car status and video that what my car looks like and how the technician is working on it. Also they text me when my car is done to be picked up. But he didn't send me any information. 3. When I called him two times that I was transferred, he didn't answer the call. 3. I didn't hear anything about my shutitle to pick me up at 430pm. So, I called reza, but no answer. Then i called again, he answerved that he gave the driver of the slip to pick me up, finally the driver Jim came about 445pm but Jim didn't call me to notify me either. Jim said when he went back to the off around 430pm. He was given my slip and pick me up with another lady. Which means reza didn't put out my slip earlier and not gave to other drivers. Probably because he told me to pick me up at 12pm, but I said I wanted to pick up at 430pm. He kept saying you may have to wait due to traffic. I said fine, I can wait because I know the drivers work till 5pm. That's why I was worried about if no one pick me up before 5pm, I cannot go there. Actually when I called at 310pm, the service just done and paperwork not completed yet per service department lady. Ny appointment was 10 30AM, if as he said to pick up the car at 12pm, the car even cannot be done and I would waste my lunch break even late to work. From all of the above actions that was done by reza, he was purposely did these because he only sold me oIL change and rotation $84, not make much commission and not happy with my response. He said he is expert, but in fact, he is not, otherwise, he would know oil change, rotation, alignment cannot be done in 1.5 hours 1030 to 1200. He is just a hard sale person, which gave customers false information, pay the service not necessary, it does damage toyota reputation. He eben told me tires are cheaper than costco, but i told him i alredy compared, yours are more expensive. Before today, I feel milpitas toyota service advisors are professional and nice, especially Todd is very knowledgeable, trustable and professional. I do think you should give reza a warning or writeup for his terrible behavior or termination. I don't believe I am the only one who complaint about him
