My truck was released after completion of the 43,000 miles service maintenance and replacement of all 4 worn out tires. While driving in 880N the warning sign (!) and alarm came on and my instrument panel indicated that the engine hood is ajar. So I immediately pull over on the right side of the freeway to secure the ajar hood. The technician should have made a complete inspection before releasing and ensuring that everything is properly secured. This is a safety hazard that should have been caught by the technician before releasing my truck.

Appt was 12:50pm and was checked in about 1 hour later. It is a joke of ur appointment system!! I came for a simple weather stripe installation which u did not have parts available when I visited on 1/30. U ordered the parts and I come in today and have to wait for 2 hours to get a 5 min job done. That is totally rediculous. The top management should look into these types of problems and spend efforts to improve them. Otherwise, u shall have lots of unhappy customers not coming back again.
