Automatic transmission exchanged 39k miles ago, by Piercey Toyota. Yet, Marvin **** said this time it is needed again because it was "burnt" and labeled as critical item. When I confronted him about it he said the mechanic was new. Marvin did not do his job as a service advisor. I am a service advisor; I know about this and about providing trusting and exceptional service. I do not go around labeling items that are not needed, as CRITICAL, alarming the customer and taking their hard earned money. Checking the repair history myself, since I keep all the records, I see that every time I bring the truck here for a mere motor oil exchange; which is since I bought it- I end up with $300- $500 bill. The next day, I took the truck to a third party to get an estimate for the automatic fluid exchange and I was told I did not needed!!!! After today, my 2010 FJ Cruiser, that i dearly love- and thus why i was bringing it to you guys for service- will no longer be brought here. I am moving to a third party for service and will be putting a formal complaint about how customers get robbed. I was okay paying the price for NEEDED repairs, but it boils my blood that I am taken as stupid person.
