Hong Ly tried to charge me 35 dollars for an oil filter and tried to tell me it was because of my IS250. Any competent service advisor should know that an oil filter does not cost 35 dollars. She tried to charge me 135 for an oil change and I repeatedly told her that my previous oil change was 75 dollars from the same place. She did not listen and kept trying to argue with me for some reason and kept saying that I was wrong. I had to talk to her director and she never apologized for making a mistake and trying to rip me off.
When I got my car, I had to look for my push to start keyfob for 15 minutes. The technician placed it under my passenger floor mat for some reason but when I dropped my car off I placed my keyfob in the cup holder. The service here was very very underwhelming and unprofessional. I will be writing a review so that everyone understands this.

I just pick up my car today, but while driving home all the warning lights in the dash board are on. Also my headlight went dim. Electrical wirings looks loose. Also, when I try to re-start the car, it won't start anymore. Will call you tommorow for sure. No car to use to go to work.
