I dropped car for service yesterday 1/21/19 at Piercey Toyota At Milpitas California. RO # 304925. I found out my front bumper with cracked and dent after the service at Piercey Toyota. I talked to the service director- Ken Johnson. He denied the cause damaged my car. I requested to check the video. Ken said: “ it takes time consuming. It’s over 5 hours. And it won’t show on the camera.” Ken also said: “ because I don’t self video my car before I dropped for service, therefore Piercey Toyota will not responsible for the damage.” I am so disappointed. As a customer, do I have to self video my car for future service? If so what is the trust for Piercey Toyota? I hope someone can help me regarding the damage on my car.
