I had a 7AM appointment. Usual sign telling which line was for appointments was missing so others without appointments were served before I was which wasted my time. I told them the sign was missing and they put it out after I told them. Mike apologized and put a rush on my car and it was ready to go at 8:40AM. Only thing is I don't know that Asian looking lady working like Reza,when she asked what I need or how can she help me.When I responded n ask for Reza, she just said he's inside n just left.To me it's fine but later on I was inside waiting for my vehicle I saw her several times passing by the waiting area n giving me a look or staring at me like mad or angry.Dont I have choice for service.I've known Reza so long especially Ninoy (Belmonte) n their team .They work excellent got no complaint I'm fully satisfied.First time I experienced such at Piercy, with that lady I think she has an attitude.
