Mike Tran is absolutely wonderful - very responsive, always explains. I trust him and feel very comfortable with him.
However, this is the second consecutive service that I've had to return my car because the oil gasket was improperly tightened. Both times, I noticed a steady oil drip after service - the first time was worse than the second, but both required a return trip. Piercey is not the most convenient, but I choose it because of the service I've received in the past. The last two visits, though, have not been so great.
