The break light on the driver side is out and it supposed to be done according to you diagnostics. I think the quality of your service are now **** someone is not doing their job. This is just a waist of my time coming to you. This is not the first time you gave me a problem. First you brook the center compartment door latches between the driver and passenger . Second they forget to put the oil cap cover when I had a change oil done by Rezza . Either the manager or you are not following the technician performance or the quality of job.

Dexter was very knowledgeable of his work and took pride in it. The service took only about 90 minutes which was sooner than my expectation. The environment at Piercey is very relaxing for doing computer work while you are waiting for your car. All the employees are friendly.

I told the service advisor that I wanted to get the Toyota care plus and wanted to sign up for it at the beginning of service, but he offered to sign me up st the end of the service and I said ok. As I was walking away he asked the advisor that was working next to him if they get anything for signing customers up for the Toyota care plus and was told no and he was like what we get nothing. So fast forward to when my car was already, he didn’t even bother to sign me up and told me to take the paperwork to the cashier and she’ll release the car. I take it as he didn’t want my business since he’s not getting any commission so from now on I’ll be taking my business to a different dealership.
