Dexter did not clearly state that I was going to be charge for my tires rotation. I thought they were going to tell me if it needed to be rotated or not. But they performed it without my consent. Then they charged me which in the end I felt pressured into paying. Dexter many time repeated that he gave me double discount on the cost of the rotation because my tone was bitter. I don’t believe he gave me double discount, just one discount of applied. There was already a discount of the tires rotation prior to the real discount. I should not have pay since it was done without my consent. But I felt bad so I paid anyway. I’m not if this is a commission thing or not. But many times I’m at car dealership and they always try to get me to purchase some sort of deal. It’s getting really tiresome. Just be honest people and not be out to get other people money.
