Some of the things on your inspection were correct and some weren't. What really ticked me off was that my trunk was unable to close and I told the service guy that I thought something was stuck in the latch and just needed to be cleaned out. He came back and told me that the last was broken that the part cost $250 not including labor and with everything else over $1,000 for other services I just went and got everything done for $400 what a joke the latch on the rear had something stuck in there the mechanic I hired put a screwdriver cleaned it out and it's good as new so he didn't even try to fix it

Customer service was great overall. However, there was miscommunication regarding costs. Over the phone I was told the service costs would be around $300 for 4 items for that which I gave the OK for. At the time of payment the cost went up to around $700 with an additional item on the list I was not made aware of over the phone. Please be clear about costs next time. Thank you!
