It takes me approximately 13 miles from my home to the dealership. As with any other drive, being on the road is always 50/50 some days the weather and traffic is good, some days it’s horrible. One thing I can always count on especially after three years and two vehicles later, is receiving excellent service from my advisor Jason. He’s AMAZING!!!! Jason is very informative, he always tells me what to plan for for future visits, he always suggests future packages offered by the dealership in order to kee my vehicle in top shape. Jason and the amazing crew at Piercy Toyota truly makes my drive worth the trip. Thanks all!

You guys are better than the dealer in Daly City I’ll give you that. And Dexter tries hard but was either having a bad day or is overworked or maybe both. My car was returned within the promised time albeit a code that literally just popped up on my way to the dealer was not diagnosed at all! Completely missed it (Grill Shutter Inop). Dexter brought the car to be looked at again then came back and told me they couldn’t look at it today but because there was a ding on the front left where a bucket hit it, the charge was a minimum $199. He suggested I monitor the temp and bring it back when I can (you can’t monitor the temp in a Prius btw). After taking it home and looking online I see there was a Toyota Service Bulletin for this very same issue for my car (T-SB-0319-17).
Regardless turns out after further inspection there was only a small rock caught in the front. I’m on my 4th and 5th Toyota’s at present and you guys wanted to charge me $199 to tell me a rock is stuck in the front??? How much would you charge to remove it??
Also, no complimentary car wash, no refill of the WW fluid and I’d love to know how after only 30k miles my brake fluid and throttle body fuel induction need to be serviced/exhchanged (“Failed - Immediate Attention”) but it wasn’t even a Caution at my 25k service?
