My service was fine, I was helped by Jasvir and he was polite and kind in explaining to me about my car and the needed services.
My experience however was turned sour by the cashier and the customer service that I received. She was rude in her mannerisms and condescending in tone and it left me very upset. She didn’t want to help me, looking over at her colleague instead but waved me over reluctantly after she realized that her colleague was not assisting me. She didn’t hand me the papers nicely and it didn’t make me feel at all welcomed. I was put in a bad mood and just wanted to leave. Please make sure the employees that customers come into contact with are aware of how their actions and attitudes affect the customers.
Also, was disappointed to find that this location did not offer co plementary car wash like other locations do. But for this I can understand that each location has different policies.

Diana was most helpful throughout the whole process.
I’ve been having my service done with you guys since 2011 and out of all those years there’s been three service riders that I would recommend working with one for which unfortunately has left your company and that would be Ed Leske.
My other go to guy has been Phil Kidelka and now I will work with Diana going forward. Prior to this service I had done I worked with another service writer there and to be honest he was a bit on the shady side and definitely will not work with him again.
