After the alignment the data of some wheels is still out of the standard range. Why?

The first person Clint didn’t have a sense of urgency. I arrived before 3 for my appointment and still waited 5 minutes after before I was acknowledged. The line grew behind me and only until people started to complain did more assistance come out. Clint was seen at his workstation and then walked off to break maybe knowing there was a line growing outside. There was one person taking cars in.

I was waiting for a alert or call that my car was ready. I ENDED UP WAITED 2 ADDITIONAL HOURS WAITING FOR NOTHING. I talked to an advisor at 4:00PM to get an update and they said my car was ready 2 hours ago, 2PM. YOU CAN CHECK SECURITY CAMERA AND SEE HOW LONG I WAS WAITING. 12pm-4PM. I wasted 2 hours of my afternoon waiting for nothing. I LEFT THE PLACE ANNOYED AND IRRITATED. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER OF WASTED TIME. In the past I was always alerted by a call my car was ready to go.
