The way your bills are itemized is ridiculously complicated. I write technical documentation for a living, and it's hard enough for me to parse it. Someone who isn't used to digging through such a badly designed document would be baffled. At $190 an hour for labor and high-priced parts, I would expect a clearer accounting for what I just paid for. Meanwhile, the people were fantastic. I got great service, and I love being in the Piercey Toyota waiting area, where I can work comfortably and stay informed of any changes to the original work, if any arise.
