The service manager was excellent. Miguel the service adviser not so much. He never called me with a price quote when he said he would. Never received a call from him when my vehicle was completed. I knew when my truck was ready only when I walked over from the Elmwood correctional facility at 330 PM after I completed my work day. Never saw him even when he was paged. Nevershowed up. I want to thank the service manager and the female staff member who helped.
