I had an appointment last Apr 18 for my toyota sienna for the paint protection. Toyota did a good job with this. But then I have noticed that there was a minor scratch on my right side mirror which I know it was not done by me before the appointment. I asked them to check it out and buff it again but then the scratch was still there. The guy who helped me said that they cant do anything about it and the scratch was before the service which I know its not true. I bought a new car and Piercey toyota didnt handle my brand new car with care.
