I trust Toyota completely that is why I bought an extended service package, so that they can help me when ever I needed help, but today I was missed lead, but I’m not upset, I’m just very disappointed.

All good.just one comment. The technician who made the video , I could not understand a single word of him. I understand that we live with different ascent today but if someone use clear words , slow pace speech I think we would be able to understand. On top of that his voice was low and background noise was also there. Thank you.
