Diana explained all service to us in detail. She reviewed our vehicle history and suggested the alignment as we had purchased and installed tires by Costco. Made sense. She then followed up with video and text re the filter which needed replacement. Had only hoped would be minimal service but she did apply service coupon which was appreciated.
