Super cool person. He noticed my band tee and we talked about music. We also talked about my hometown and he was really helpful when I asked what realignment meant. He's knowledgeable and very nice to talk to!

Jazz was the most pushy associate I have ever encounter. He was acting more like a sales perospn than a service associate. First he insisted I needed new tires, informed me that they wouldn’t be able to rotate my tires due to the fact that it is extremely worn. This turned out to be untrue when I picked up my car as rotation was listed as completed. I didn’t appreciate his lack of listening skills as well. I asked several times to have a shuttle to take me back to my work and twice he did not listen, kept asking if I was going to wait. I don’t normally go to Piercey for service but have been here 3-4 times and twice I have had horrible experience with Jazz. He needs to stop continuosly trying to get a sale out of customers.

Hong is amazing!! She took care of me and my car needs as soon as I arrived to the service station. She was prompt and listened to my concerns, she made sure all my needs were met. I appreciate the great maintenance service that Toyota provided yesterday. However, I wish that there would be a clearer communication with mutual-understanding of the scope of work. Basically, I don’t mind to pay for service. But I hope that you can let me know why the car needs an alignment at 15000 since we’ve been taken good care of the car. If that’s only a car rotation, it won’t require alignment as necessary. Also, I’d love to continually receiving the short video clip of what you’re doing for the maintenance coz I think that’s a great idea and knowing what services you’re providing is super thoughtful!
