Your service department is very difficult to reach.
You call the agent direct, no answer and cannot leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. Operator often leaves you on hold or you get disconnected.
My car was promised to be complete at 5 PM Friday. I could not pick it up then. I get a message that it is ready for pick up at 8:15 Sat. When I get there it is not ready. I have to take the rental car again for about 2 hours. I want technician to get my gear shift display to work. He said the whole LED assembly needed replacement for a cost of ~$800. This did not make sense. I refused and after getting home and looking on line, I got it to work. This was very disappointing to have received erroneous costly advisement from the Toyota technician.
