MR. Patel has a positive and professional attitude. He explained all my questions. Also, Mr. Albert Valdez was exceptionally helpful with all my inquiries about parts upgrade to my 2019 Tacoma. He was kind enough to show me, advice, and to print the cost, part numbers, and show me the graphics of them. Ultimately the video of the technician while my truck was on the Bay was the first time that I experienced this courtesy media by any dealership. I live less than 10 minutes from Magnussen TOYOTA, however, these are a few reasons why I prefer Percey Toyota. Your Service Department is simply the Best! The donuts were fresh.
