I was told I needed the alignment and throttle body work but that it hadn’t been done in the normal course of my maintenance visits to the dealership. I’ve been going to the dealership for maintenance since I bought the van so I didn’t understand why it wasn’t done on time. His explanation to the why wasn’t very clear. Also he didn’t tell me how much the additional services were going to cost. I found out when I paid.
