I tried to use the complimentary coupon for alignment check. But your service agent told me if they find any problem, they would just go ahead and fix it.
If so, what is the point of the "complimentary" coupon if you would not even give me a call to see what I want to do?
I will never trust your coupons anymore.

There was poor documentation regarding my appointment and service. I felt that Michael did a poor job of clarifying the cost associated with the service and the activity. I was at my appointment on time but we made to wait and more over felt like I was repeating myself after the poor scheduling experience by the department. Overall the parts department, did not inform me of the service options when informing me my parts we available. So I returned to the site multiple times

This is my 3rd vehicle I purchased. This was by far the best experience. Their was no purchase. The vehicle I saw on line was the actual car that I drove awzy in. Not a vehicle that the dealer picked and told me to drive away. I had my own issurance. I was not forced to get an insurance that I could not afford.
I would recommend Piercey Toyota to all my friends.
