My Scion did not require recall yet. They insisted it did my regular representative at Toyota ( Reza) said it was not needed on my breaks. Called Toyota as I received e-mails telling my time was expiring Jason was very helpful and processed very quickly as it inconvenient for her as she baby sits. Overall though service department at pierce is #1 in my opinion. Thank you
