It seems there is a coordination issue between your schedulers and your service team. While I was happy with the service delivered, I was not happy with the confusion on my arrival with a 24 minute wait before being checked in! Happy to discuss in detail.

He could not tell me the factory recommended 95k maintenance. He just guessed off the top of his head. It turned out he was incorrect and I had to take out my laptop to show him the services I wanted. Did not go over anything when I came back to pick up car, just said to go to cashier in a rude tone.

I was disappointed with the time estimate. I was told it would be done around 9-9:30 am. Basically, 2hrs. But my vehicle was not done until around 10AM. They said 2hrs at the most and it was over 2hrs. Not a huge big deal but If you know customer is waiting, it would be great to keep the 2hrs or less time. We made an appointment for a reason. Thanks!!

I have been with Mr. Yamamoto since moving back to the Bay in 2014. He was always great and honest with what was needed for my Prius (...as was the shuttle driver Danny who is also super friendly). But the rest of the staff just seemed so much less interested in interaction and helping me out always looking to upcharge more to gain a dime (...monetarily) for the dealership. I had a young service manager from a couple of years ago who said I needed a repair (...which was very expensive). I later checked with AAA and they argued against any major expensive repairs with you guys as this seems to be played on a lot of customers. You guys are a car dealership...try to be less of that and more of a customer focused venue. The digital additions to repair was very good but also teach your staff on how to be customer friendly. Try going to a Chick-Fil-A and understand how the entire staff treats all customers. As a car dealership, your prices are already high and now you continue to erode on me, coming to you guys as a first choice. I know these letters don't have much weight, but just a viewpoint from yet another customer...

I was instructed that I would be getting a loaner vehicle as my service would take longer than a day. When I arrived to pick up the loaner, I discovered that my service advisor (Reza) had already left for the day and did not leave a loaner for me. He told me he would be there until 4:30, but when I arrived at 4 pm, he was gone. I was stranded at the service area until I was able to find another advisor to call my original advisor whereby we discovered that he "forgot" to do this for me. This is a really poor customer experience as this is something I expect better of from Piercey.
