I learned there is a recall for my truck but no remedy. Apparently it could stall on the highway without warning.
I also showed them that my bumper is crooked. It hangs low on the right. It is within Toyota's allowable specs, and there is no adjustment mechanism, so I just have to accept I’m the defect.
And, my clutch pedal creaks at times, but the service tech could not duplicate it. Rather than just pull it apart and lubricate it, they suggested I come by the next time I hear it.
I had a lot of faith in the Toyota brand, but now I’m doubting my purchase. I will say, everyone I came in contact was extremely nice and quite professional. I really like your dealership, just not so sure about the product.

I was mailed a $25 ‘loyalty’ giftcard so I got an oil change. I was extremely upset that I couldn’t use the giftcard on my service because I used a coupon I was given, it wasn’t written anywhere that I couldn’t use the two in conjunction. With all the business there I know you’re not short on money so it really ticked me off the company couldn’t let me use the giftcard with my coupon. Really bad business. I’m a poor single mother who got excited at finally catching a break only to find out it was a lie.
