Oh Thank you very much to Brady Maples. I was dreading this service for a few days and finally had no choice but to get it done. Brady was polite, respectful, and easy to talk to. I didn't felt pressured at all. I was called and informed that my vehicle was ready, right on the dot as he predicted as given me in the morning. I wasn't expecting right on time, but it was great to hear. What's even greater, was that he surprisely waived my rental!!! I was so nervous about my car for a few weeks now, and with the simplest customer service like Brady's, I appreciate it alot. I know the rental wasn't much, but I felt I was taken care of. Thank you Brady and to the Toyota team.
