I requested for 30k mileage service but representative was keep on telling me that 10k service is same as 30k . I kept telling many times but still he mentioned that it's same.
After doing research and came to know that 30k mileage is different.
Already I spent $120 for this normal service now and again I need to spend $220 for 30K service.

Vic did not help me fix the wheel alignment warranty problem. I brought the car at 9:30am and he did not clarify the warranty issue with management until I went back at 2:30 and I spoke to the manager myself. Then I had to wait another hour to get the alignment done and miss work. No apologies from him or anyone.

I don’t appreciate when the people who drive a vehicle to the back for service BUT leave foot prints on your floorboard mat. Ricardo went back there and cleaned it up for me because I was not happy with that. That’s something that Toyota should look into. I’m glad Ricardo took initiative to do that or else I would’ve been very disappointed in the service I received.
Overall, Ricardo said the vehicle would be ready within a two hour time span and it was so I appreciated his service.

I was surprised to see that the floor mats weren’t secure on the driver side but it was signed off as being done. If something so simple as that was wasn’t done and overlooked how can I trust that the major issues were treated accordingly.

I bought my Highlander there with my whole family 2 years ago. Today I was driving and my tire was flat. I went today to the non appointment line. Nobody showed up or asked me about why I was there. I had to go and talk to somebody first inside who told sorry we have too many appointments and no time for my car. I said my tire is flat. Where the heck you want me to go ? He said just sit down and wait. Then my wife had to go back and talk to somebody else who helped us moving the car and got it fixed.
Toyota is recognized for the service and high quality. That’s why I bought my family’s car there. No reason for people getting the cars for service being in bad mood.
