It took too many people to have my car serviced when picking it up. First, I was told to go straight to the cashier. After waiting, it turns out she did not have the paperwork. Someone else brought the paperwork, and then I was to take it to someone outside to get my car delivered to me. The person I handed it to said he was the wrong person and referred me to someone else. When I went to find the other person they were not there. I then found my car by myself, along with the mechanic, who said he could not help me get my key out of the window lock box, and referred me to someone else. Someone finally did help me, and when I went to leave, my car was blocked by someone else who was picking up their car. It would be nice if one person could help me with everything. The final paperwork that I received was also problematic.. First, I had to sign every single page, apparently the noting that I understood what it said. Unfortunately, the cashier who gave me the paperwork did not understand what it said. So you were asking us to sign off at a bunch of paperwork that no one understands. Tonight, once I was home, I read through what was written. The work done could be summarized in a much simpler and clear way

One item for improvement: treat the debit card you send customers in the mail as a real debit card not a coupon. Customers have to queue in lines two additional times because the invoice has to be changed by the maintenance advisor to credit the coupon before going to the cashier. Thanks

Vik was very friendly and courteous. I was mostly impressed when the gentleman who did the paperwork when I bought my car, remembered me while waiting and came up to me, shook my hand and asked how I was doing. Overall, great service.

I went to get my puddle lights fixed and the technician broke my mirror when doing so. It’s now an inconvenience to have to go back and get it fixed and I was told to wait 5 business days to call the dealership back to see if the part came in which will now be a week with a broken mirror.

I think the pricing has gotten out of hand. For example, The oil change n let lube is $139? I got my Honda CR-V oil change at the dealer n that was $79. Meineke is $69.99. Then I was told rear brakes needs to be done and quoted $359. High. I think o will start exploring getting my car maintenance outside going forward.
