When I dropped off the car I mentioned a problem I was having and he brushed it off as if I was doing something wrong. Basically the jest of it was if I leave my keys in the ignition turned off but not all the way the battery dies quickly I have had to jump start it 3xs. He said oh it’s not suppose to be on like that.... however if it wasn’t meant to be on like that ever the car would not have such option. After I came back to get my car I had to stand at his desk while he was too busy on his cellphone to even acknowledge me. He said they said battery is good but nothing else. Then just pointed me over to the cashier and went back to his phone. I feel that this was the worst service I have received here. I know I am a female but if I’m telling you something is not right with my car you should not just brush me off like Im unaware of how things are suppose to work.
