There was no one with the service information in absence of Raymond (as he was not working that day)....Receptionist in Services department was rude to hang up, instead of helping with the information....Eventually I received the vehicle on the 3rd day, losing at least one extra day resulting in extra payment in car rental.
Definitely not happy with my first experience @ Piercey.
