My service advisor, Krishneel said they were out of stock for a luge nut needed for my car so I went to Stevens creek where they checked and saw Toyota Piercey actually had 20 in stock. Krishneel also tried to upsale me on wheel locks and gave me incorrect pricing for the luge nut stating it was $10 but it was actually $6.
