My service consultant was very nice and listened to my concerns. I may have been too stern with him and for that I apologize for my actions towards him. I asked that your mechanic staff to not rotate tires because they messed up my 2016 Toyota small wheel covers that came off on the freeway going home from your shop! I expressed my disappointment for Piercey Toyota for not dealing with it in a professional manner when I returned. The staff should have taken care of the bill. I had a good experience this visit and am satisfied with the recall being taken care of along to fluid levels being checked.

Did not get notified that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I had to call. Upon calling to request shuttle pick up the first person said the cut off time was 4pm and then hung up to me when asked to speak with a manager. The 2nd person your me shuttle pick up ends at 4:30. I hear to walk back to the service department. Worst experience ever. I felt discriminated because I came in jeans and tennis shoes. In the past I never hear this experience. I will most likely change Toyota dealership.
