After I dropped the car I told that I will wait in waiting area. After my car was done at about 4.30pm they send text but did not come and let me know my car was done. I waited till 5.45 pm and got worried so made inquiry. I was told car has been done and text was sent. I was upset as to way no one come and talk to me like other in waiting area where contracted. I wasted about 1.5 hr.

Your service did not do what I requested. And your representative did not explained what you were going to do to me at the beginning. I paid money for what I did not want. This was the worst experience ever had with the dealership service department.
I requested: oil change
You did: 5k check w/o oil change and recall.
Since you did not explain what you were going to do, I just expected oil change done and wait there 6hours. 15 minutes before promised time, your representative finally explained your were doing the recall.
I will never use your service department for my personal car and company car again. I will not recommend Piercy Toyota to my neighbors, CO-workers and anybody who have Totota cars. And I will post my review on yelp and any other review site.
