I had a coupon for $44.99 oil change and 10% off additional service. He had trouble applying the coupon. Also I took the car in because the air pressure light was on. When I picked up the car the tire pressure light is still on. Completely unsatisfactory.

There’s been issues I’ve had since two visits ago related to 1) a prevalent rattle on the underbody of my vehicle and 2) a defective speaker on the drivers side. The rep told me there’s a 99% chance they won’t be able to confirm either of the issues and when I arrived neither were confirmed. Rep told me i need to come during the week which is very difficult for me. Wished the problem could have been resolved the 2nd time around which I need to come in yet a 3rd time (and take off of work) to get two problems addressed.
