Just a suggestion.If a recall appointment is scheduled, I would suggest that all parts be available since it was known what was to be done. Just suggestion since I had to wait an additional day to pick up my car because we had to wait for a part to come in

I am satisfied with the repair and the courtesy discount. I have 2 questions 1) I got multiple automated txt including being asked to respond to txt with any questions but never got any response to my txt 2) why does the invoice 1211761 include txt to disclaim any warranty regarding parts or labor seemingly in contradiction to the limited warranty for Toyota parts on the back?
