Unfortunately, on this day I was extremely frustrated with the services provided that day. I came in stating why I came in which was to have maintenance and check engine lights addressed and sales rep only went into history to see what’s due. He advised oil and filter change as well as tire rotations. I declined tire rotations and went with the advised oil change.
I went with the pick up/drop off shuttle service and experience only got worse.
When rep called regarding car ready he mentioned he’d set me up for shuttle pick up when I was ready. I called 10 min later to let him know, and he advised he was with a customer but would set up pick up when done.
I didn’t hear back for some time so I took it upon my self to set up via Toyota’s pick up app which was texted to me.
Initial eta for pick up was 12:30pm which I was ready for only to pull up app again and it changed to 12:45. So called rep back to find out what’s going on as I had to be at an appointment based on pick up time expectations. He reported he wasn’t sure what was going on and he’d set up pick up.
App eta changed again to a 1:30 pick up. At this point beyond frustrated and concerned on actual pick up.
Shuttle drivers were all great and apologized and explained app issue and miscoordination with drivers.
Late and in a rush I paid and left only to see the service lights that I came in for still on. While driving I called rep back to inquire why still on. And asked was it because I declined some services. He responded with I don’t know and that techs should’ve reset the lights. I explained again that’s why I came in to have those looked into.
He advised that to set up an appointment to come in again early in the morning so they can reset.
Total waste of time and late for others appointments.

Was given an estimate the car would be ready by 5:3ppm. The representative was going to give me a call when the vehicle was ready to pick up but did not receive a call. I had to call the next day to check the status on my car. It affected my daily activities.
