Purval stepped up when everybody else was standing around taking quick glances at me when my original service person was not around when I arrived. None of the 7 other service people wanted to help me. Looking at each other's picture on their phones was more important than servicing a stranded customer. Purval was professional, patient, engaging and helpful. It took less than 5 minutes of his time to help me, yet he is a prime example of someone who understands the impact of good customer service.
