Vikash was great, and went above and beyond.
I was a bit annoyed with the shuttle service, however. The eta the link gave me was completely wrong, and when i called to confirm after waiting and seeing no shuttle, I was told the wait time would be alot longer than it said. I ended up walking half an hour back, because that was much faster than waiting for the shuttle.
