Found a blue metal Box in my back seat did not know they quit washing your vehicle under servicing guidelines but the young man who brought my car up was a nice enough to say that he ran it back there if I wanted to wait an additional 15 minutes and he watched my unit sells pretty happy

I got the wrong light bulk for my head lights and I brought this in to see if something else was wrong because I replaced the light bulk and it didn’t work. So the technician first thing could have looked at was the light bulk to see if I have replace the correct one. This is the most basic thing for a technician to debug but instead you guys charged me 190 dollars to find out that I have the wrong light bulk. This is disappointing because I trusted you guys and expected your technician to be highly skilled. Now I am in doubt of how well your technician is by the way I am being ripped off. I don’t mind if you inspected all the electrical issues from my vehicle and found some problem but changing a light bulk with a cost of 250 dollars. I am just flat mad thinking about this. If you don’t call me back to give me a good answer, this will go on social media.
