The rep helping me had no interpersonal skills as seen by his lack of positive/welcoming attitude. Even though we had made an appointment, it took about 3 hours even though I was told about 2 hours. (If I’d known it were almost 3 hours, I would have gone back home.) The rep only told me the car was ready after I approached him a second time.

First thing I was told how to check tire pressure - when I came in due to suspected flat tire. Ricardo did not want to make any effort to compensate/prorate $$ back due to road hazard on my tires purchased on May2019 at Toyota Santa Cruz.
I had told him that I heard tapping noise, and my tire light was on.
Due to Semi-retirement and Covid, I have not driven much and my tire was like new! Until moving to Santa Cruz In 2013, I Purchased 2 cars from Piercey and
