Brady seemed a little rushed when helping me. He had a football game on at his desk, which may not have the most professional fore to see as a customer. He then told me a service was recommended, but did not ask if I wanted to go through with it, but assumed so, and entered in the order,and I had to ask and clarify what exactly I would be paying for. He did explain it, buy it was really quick, and a little challenging to understand. He also did not mention anything about a discount until I had to ask if there was one available, and then he offered it to me. Not sure if that is a company policy, but I feel the discount should be mentioned right away if available instead of me having to ask for one. After I left, I still did not know what exactly I was paying for, so I called him to make sure. I did appreciate Brady's lengthy answer to my question when I called back yo ask and for him to explain it more clearly so that was something positive. It was just the first initial encounter and impression that gave me more of a negative experience. After the phone call everything was more positive.
