I got a flat tire and had to stop by showroom for emergency fix. ( I leased this car in 2018 Toyota Rav 4- just 24k driven) Without consulting the technician they told me to change front two tire for very small issue. They initial charged me $591 for two tire. I said I will check some more place and get tire quote and then come for fix. They said we provide price match guarantee. Each tire cost was charged by them as $196 , I got the exact tire model and match on Amazon and walmart for 142. When I told them ,then the advisor Rickardo said , “you guys always want free stuff from us”. This was really a racism comment he made. I’m going to post this racism comment on social media also. Very horrible experience. I will never stop by at the showroom
