Was not thrilled to learn that the last time your folks there replaced my airbag (under the previous recall) it was installed without the housing so a new one had to be ordered so the car took an extra day. I did not care about the delay; I was upset that:1) the previous replacement had been improperly installed; and 2) your service folks were unaware that your folks had done the previous work....when they called to inform me of the need to order the housing they asked if someone else had worked on the cars airbag. Uh...yeah...Piercey! Doesn’t make me feel confident in your work!

Came in for an oil change it took over two hours Then when it was complete I wasn’t advised that my vehicle was ready. I went out and saw my vehicle sitting outside. So I have to do his job and tell him my own car is ready. I’m getting tired of you’re incompetent advisors
